Grapefruit & Avocado Salad

1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp honey
1 medium halved avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into half-inch chunks
1 peeled grapefruit, cut into sections
1 peeled naval orange, cut into sections
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup minced green onions
5 cup field greens
Methods/steps
Combine the first four ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Combine the remaining ingredients (except the greens) in a large bowl. Toss with half of the dressing mixture to moisten. Serve over the field greens. Note: Remaining dressing can be added to salad mixture to desired taste and extra can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
