Salads & Dressings
If you have a hard time eating Kale then you can easily substitute it with a spring mix or lettuce of choice. I really enjoy this salad. The Agave cuts back any of the bitterness of the Kale, and the beets are so hearty and filling. With a special surprise of feta and tasty kick of balsamic. This is great with any animal protein or as a light meal on its own.

A lot of times I don't want the same old salad or I want my salad to be more of my main course. On the nights there isn't a lot of time a great recipe that I learned from a chef on a boat is a mixture of hot and cold.

If you want to add a protein this is complimentary with beef and chicken. The great thing about this salad is it cooks itself, but somehow still is unique and tastes great.
