Biggest road block to exercise: The age-old question, finding a way to "stick with it."
Why did JumpSnap work for you? I loved it because it was SO much fun to do. I now workout 3-5 times per week on my own.
What would tell people who haven’t tried JumpSnap? Get on up and JumpSnap, y'all! Honestly, I've told friends that it was a great way for me to get back into the joy of being active again.
