Joe Stankowski Bio
Delaware based fitness coach, writer, presenter, recovering powerlifter & all around good guy, Joe Stankowski is known for putting conventional wisdom (ahem!) on the chopping block in order to help his clients discover their own ‘perfect’ workout.
His pragmatic interpretations of “eat right and exercise” have appeared in many of the most popular industry and consumer publications in the USA, including Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Women’s Health, IDEA Fitness Journal and American Fitness.

Wendy Hernandez, Ph.D. Bio
Dr. Hernandez earned her degree in chemical engineering, from U.C. San Diego. Her career has included research and development of semiconductors and fuel cells. In efforts to deal with the demands of work and family, and to pursue her passion with fitness, Wendy has been active in sports and fitness all her life. She started practicing the Pilates method in 2000 and became certified through the Power Pilates Teacher Training Program in 2007. Now living in Pennsylvania, she has moved on to her passion of fitness as a career. Wendy created Get Set Fitness in 2008 to serve people in all aspects of fitness preparation. She is an advocate of pharmaceutical grade nutrition products (www.getset.usana.com) and is excited as she applies her engineering training to the most fascinating of all systems, the human body. Her favorite sport is beach volleyball which she played at the professional level during the early 1990’s. Other activities which she enjoys include tennis, trail running, cycling, and dancing.
