There was a pitivol scene when they brought back last year's winner Danny who lost over 200 lbs. The discussion was about counting calories and one of the male contestants who has already lost over 100 lbs came clean. He said, "Honestly, I don't count calories". The best line came next from Danny who said, "You will not win". BAM! It's really that simple. If you don't know the math you will not succeed. If you don't want to educate yourself enough to count calories than all you are telling me is that you want to be fat. Seriously, what's more important, taking a few miutes a day to follow a 100% proven plan or complain that you don't want to do it? If you look at most aspects in your life, you will recognize there is a give-and-take relationship. If you're not in credit card debt, you most likely have a budget which measures revenue and expenses. If you manage any type of business, the concept of inventory is critical. If you drive, you have a gas gauge that tells you how much fuel you have in the car. Ignoring it would most likely put you on the side of the road out of gas. Stop ignoring this concept of calories in vs. calories out. It is the only solution to lose weight, gain weight or stay the same. It's so simple it's confusing, I guess. I am 63 but JumpSnap for 45 minutes.I jump only for 15 seconds at a stretch and rest for 15 seconds by keeping eye over Center second of Wall clock.The cycle continues while watching TV show.While jumping I drag myself backward for about 6 feet and keep both arms at right angle to the body.This exercise keeps me at Heart Rate of 125BpM.I also sip one Litre(1000cc) of water.I enjoy this exercise to the full as well enjoying TV show.
